The RENZ Bindomatic Accel Ultra is a powerful automated thermal binding machine that boasts double the loading capacity and half the processing time compared with previous generations. The Ultra allows you to batch-feed up to 50 unbound documents with the machine automatically moving them to the binding belt.
The Accel Ultra is incredibly simple, easy to use and fast, making it the ideal solution for office/corporate walk-up print stations as well as volume demanding commercial print environments.
The Ultra has a capacity of 150 sheets and a spine width of 1.5 to 15mm. The automatic cover size selector will display the correct cover spine width to use.
The Bindomatic Accel Ultra delivers professionally-bound documents without the need for trained operators. The enhanced Drop&Go Technology makes it 45x faster than punch and bind and 30x faster than tape binding. In a test of binding strength (the Martini Flex Test), Bindomatic covers score 885 with tape covers only scoring 202. This exceeds the Swedish school book standard requirements (SIS 667003) GP 1, which is 600.
Insert papers in the automatic cover size selector. The display will show the correct cover spine width to use.
Place document pages in a Bindomatic cover, with the correct spine size, and align.
DROP the ready-to-bind document when the green light is lit and GO! The machine will signal when binding is complete. Remove bound documents from the front tray.
