The worst trimmer I have ever used. Bad design means cutter does not run straight across paper. Often fails to cut on first pass even with one sheet of paper. Just a very bad design.
Fellowes trimmers are generally excellent products so if you still have problems we would suggest you contact us and we can direct you to Fellowes who will repair or replace your item if it is faulty
